These workshops are designed to bring us into the present through yoga and meditation. From there the breath-work, journalling, and workshops will help us connect to our higher selves. Then we will work with hypnotherapy and manifestation practices to retrain our emotional and intellectual selves to accept the abundance that is waiting for us. Finally we’re planning to end the day off with the best form of celebration: dance!
