We’re going to get you to stop being so negative… not for anyone else’s sake but for your own. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take this to heart. Seriously sink into this one.
If you’re stuck in this rut of complaining all the time– and we’ll talk about reprogramming your brain in more detail later on– then you’re pushing people away. You probably never chose this state, but circumstances in a life built up these default pathways in your brain to look for the problem in everything and everyone.
It’s a miserable life to live. I’m sorry if this is you. Not only is it miserable for you, but everyone you’re around. It’s kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy. If you find yourself saying, everyone leaves and nobody likes to be around you… maybe it’s because you push them away with your incessant negativity.
I’m not saying it’s your fault that you got to this point. But from this point on, it’s your fault if you continue to live in a state of constant negativity.
